MAYAN BELTRAN

GENERAL MANAGER, TURTLE CREEK CASINO & HOTEL

Mayan Beltran was named General Manager of Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel in December 2023. Beltran started his career as a table games dealer in 1993 and spans over 30 years across the country. He has held many Leadership positions throughout his career and looks forward to using his knowledge and experience to enhance the Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos businesses.

JESSE WARD

GENERAL MANAGER, LEELANAU SANDS CASINO & LODGE

Jesse Ward was named General Manager for Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge in 2019 for her extensive background in the casino industry. Ward has nearly 33 years of casino experience, beginning her career at our very own Super Bingo Palace in 1991; she has worked in variety of capacities since that time.  Prior to moving to oversee the Leelanau Sands & Lodge property, she served as a Shift Manager at Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel.

 
 

Tim Norman

GENERAL MANAGER, GRAND TRAVERSE RESORT AND SPA

Tim Norman returns to Grand Traverse Resort and Spa as General Manager on August 14, 2023. Norman’s hospitality experience spans more than 30 years across the country. He first served as the Resort’s General Manager from 2012-2018. “It is an honor to return to the Resort,” Norman says. “I am a champion for Pure Michigan.”
